The room was spacious and spotlessly clean! i appreciated the excellent location near the cathedral. the staff was friendly and helpful. They provided great service.

The air conditioning did not cool well enough. it was difficult to sleep. The room stayed at 27 degrees celsius.

the location was great. the hotel was very close to all the attractions. the staff were very helpful and friendly. it made for a great night SLEEP.

the air conditioning did not cool at all. i barely slept since the air in the room did not drop below 27 degrees celsius. i complained from the first day, and it was not resolved.
